1. About This Website

2. Project Requests Are Not Contracts
Submitting a contact form, project request, file, design, message, or other information does not create a contract, service agreement, confidential relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or other professional relationship between you and SeGal Labs.
Submission of a project request does not require SeGal Labs to accept, review in detail, quote, manufacture, develop, or perform the requested work.
We may accept or decline project requests at our discretion, including based on scope, feasibility, available resources, technical requirements, legal considerations, safety concerns, timing, or business fit.
3. Separate Project Agreements
If SeGal Labs agrees to perform paid work, the project may be governed by a separate quote, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice terms, intellectual-property agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other written terms.
Those project-specific terms will control over these Terms if there is a conflict regarding the particular project.
Pricing, deliverables, ownership rights, payment requirements, schedules, revisions, warranties, confidentiality obligations, and other project-specific terms should be established separately before work begins.
4. Information and Materials You Submit
You retain ownership of intellectual property you already own in materials you submit to SeGal Labs.
By submitting materials through our website, you grant SeGal Labs a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, copy, review, process, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to:
• Evaluate your request
• Communicate with you about the request
• Determine feasibility or project requirements
• Prepare an estimate, proposal, or scope
• Perform services you later authorize under a separate agreement
Submitting materials does not automatically transfer ownership of those materials to SeGal Labs.
We will not publicly display your submitted project materials solely because you submitted them through our website. Any use of customer work for a public portfolio, case study, marketing material, or similar purpose should be separately authorized or addressed in applicable project terms.
5. Your Responsibility for Submitted Materials
You represent that you have the right to submit materials you provide to us and that our reasonable review of those materials will not violate another person's or organization's rights.
You should not submit content that:
• Infringes copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other rights
• Is unlawful or fraudulent
• Contains malicious software or code
• Is intended to facilitate unlawful activity
• Includes sensitive personal information that is not reasonably necessary for the request
• You are not authorized to provide
SeGal Labs may decline or discontinue review of requests involving materials or activities we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, third-party rights, safety requirements, or our business policies.
6. Confidential and Proprietary Information
Do not assume that information submitted through the website is protected by a nondisclosure agreement or other special confidentiality obligation.
If a project requires confidentiality protections beyond our ordinary business practices, contact us before submitting confidential technical information, proprietary designs, trade secrets, or similar sensitive materials.
Any special confidentiality obligations must be established separately in writing.
7. SeGal Labs Intellectual Property
